![]() ![]() “So you mean to say that my body is now used to the life energy of Gobu Gobus, Gimards, and the like?” And of course, the stronger the life energy of a creature, the greater their death energy also is.” Some are stronger and more potent than others. You may not have noticed it yet, but each monster will have a different kind of life energy. “It must be because you’ve killed too many, Lord Dyne! Generally, the life energy's effectiveness that monsters give decreases the more you are exposed to it. Even the Gimard’s aren’t helping.” Dyne asked. “Hey Meta, I feel that absorbing the life energy of these monsters is not enough anymore. “Strange… I can’t level up…” Dyne wondered. Dyne had just reached level 5, and it was then that he experienced a strange bottleneck in his cultivation. Two nights have passed since they arrived in hunter Springs, and Dyne continued to meditate and sense the power in his body. Meta was shocked at how Dyne could absorb the experience points and claimed that only Lord Biron had gathered the life energy and made it into experience points that strengthen the human body. It didn’t take long when Vahn and Tetsu learned how to absorb life energy without Meta's help. This was a key factor to Tetsus’s awakening as a Soul Cultivator. He never expected that Dyne would reach the level of being able to do the Imaginarium Arts. Tetsu’s mastery of the spirit was also improving. His decades of training in the martial way were finally becoming more and more evident. The power that Tetsu showed, later on, was so strong that not even Bertugo or Brod could survive a combo of attacks from Tetsu. They were so restless that night that they limited the amount of fountain water they drank the next day.ĭyne also used the two days passed to hunt more Gimard and make Tetsu, Vahn, and Meta stronger. However, Dyne and Vahn were practically sleepless the first night because of a powerful curse that befell them.ĭyne and Vahn kept peeing because they spent the entire day drinking water. Dyne would use his Imaginarium Arts to teach the group more on Soul Cultivation every interim when the group would rest. Vahn would spam cast the Gimards on the enemy he could see and rush back and drink water at the fountain. And this decreased the summoning time of the Gimard. Vahn’s proficiency in summoning the Gimard was increasing. If the Gimard was level two, Vahn needed only to use the Gimard three times to push it to level three. In Legend of Legaia, as long as the Gimard could kill the monster, The Gimard would only need to be summoned just one more than the current level of the Gimard magic. Leveling up the Gimard summon was vastly harder than what it was in the game. This allowed Vahn to summon the Gimard again and again. They didn’t venture out immediately as the Hunter Spring offered a quick way to refill Vahn's mana. Repeat the above pattern the entire battle and Rogue should eventually be defeated. The days continued with Dyne training his team at Hunter Springs. After it attacks, heal with Gala and attack with Vahn and Noa. The next turn, attack with everyone while Rogue uses another Element Change, and then Spirit with everyone the following round. ![]() After Rogue attacks the next turn, have Gala heal with Spoon and Vahn and Noa both use Miracle Arts (or a powerful Hyper Art chain with Vahn if he does not have 9 art blocks available yet). Whenever it uses Element Change, all party members must use Spirit. Rogue's attack pattern is the key to beating it. Rogue's first turn will simply be an Element Change, which prepares it for its attack the next round. ![]() At the start of battle, every party member should attack with Arts or Seru spells. Its attacks are Rogue Flame, Rogue Wind, and Rogue Thunder - each attack corresponds to the element of either Vahn, Noa, or Gala.Įquipment does not matter too much in this battle, though all party members should be healed with Spoon every other round, making a Spirit Jewel or Spirit Talisman along with a Magic Grail very useful on the primary healer (Gala being the obvious choice). All of Rogue's attacks hit the entire party and can cause 1,500+ damage to those not using Spirit and 700+ to those using Spirit. However, being careless can result in a lost battle due to the strength of Rogue's multi-target attacks. Rogue is a surprisingly simple boss to defeat due to its obvious attack pattern. The battle against Rogue is fought inside Rogue's Tower after the Ra-Seru heroes invade the tower in an attempt to cut off the source of the Mist flowing through Conkram of the past. Rogue (ルージ, Rūji) is the original creator of the Mist and a boss in Legend of Legaia.
